One of the European most reputable business leaders, Mr. Daniel Vasella, Chairman & CEO of Novartis International AG was a guest of Socius at this 2nd Corporate Governance Round Table in March 2005.
At this round table the discussion was focused on the effective system of corporate governance in multinational companies. Introductory report was delivered by dr. Daniel Vasella, while dr. Florian Schilling, vice president of Heidrick & Struggles and Leonardo Peklar, CEO of Socius were the moderators of the round table.
