In the middle of June on a mysterious terrace in the centre of Portorož, Socius gathered together several aspects of its operations, the entire spectrum of which is represented by its integral services in the field of corporate governance, the publishing of specialist literature, the organisation of educational and cultural-social events, and charity.
The Socius Business Club celebrated its eleventh anniversary with a concert by the Slovenian chansonnier Andraž Hribar along with an auction of artworks by recognised Slovenian artists. The charity auction – the sixth in a row – did not completely finish with the event but continues today with the selling of donated and still unsold artworks though the Socius website. The pre-summer celebration was also enlivened by the social coming together of the creators of Socius’ new magazine, Boardroom The discussions, of course, centred on the first, hardly one month old issue of the magazine and the plans and expectations concerning the future development of this quality media project.
