Despite the fact that the process of convergence of corporate governance globally is increasing, the corporations still have to find their own way to structure their internal corporate governance system.  Keeping in mind the goals of economic efficiency creation of sustainable value and attraction of financial and human resources, the right structure of the system and appropriate roles of all stake-holders are the keys.
