In April 1994 Socius organised and successfully carried out the first project of an annual shareholders' meeting with over 600 participants using an electronic voting system. An individual vote was executed in less than 5 minutes. Since 1994 Socius' experts have organised, participated or chaired over 1200 AGMs.
