Developing competencies (trainings, workshops, coaching…) in the field of:
Trainings are usually performed in interval sessions. In the time between two trainings, the participants should use their newly acquired knowledge in practice (implementation at work- concrete projects, assignments…), while on the next training they should report about the practical use of knowledge and the progress on a specific project, which they defined at prior training.
With the practical use of acquired knowledge, the participants actively develop specific competencies they need at work. Through active cooperation in common education, the practical use of acquired knowledge (tools, methods…) and personal reflections about their performance, the participants easily adopt new behavioral habits, which are the basis of a more effective way of performing work and developing new competencies.
One of the most important tasks of the trainers is to guide the participant during the practical use of acquired knowledge towards the identified goals. Through the exchange of information between the participants and the trainer, each participant receives feedback about his/her performance and the guidelines for his/her improvement. "On-the-job training" – practical usage of acquired knowledge and methods at work are also the bases, with which the participants can self-evaluate the effectiveness of the training and monitor (follow) their progress.
Methods of training work are as followed:
