The expression "visionary" used to be reserved for (certain) politicians, and the words "seer" and "clairvoyant" for special characters. Today, any manager, including those managing a company, must be a visionary. A visionary is certainly a person not restricted by real time and space who, at the same time, pays great attention to these two elements. To be more precise: if you wish to satisfy the desires of the owners (perhaps you are one of them), you must see across space, i.e. far across domestic borders and think outside the frameworks of real, available time. The time parameters given narrow your creativity and subordinate the issue of quality as a novelty to the quantitative answers to the question of the ability and inability to give a certain production. Creative management of a company is thus management through space and time leading into new spaces and new times, the substance and form of which are also created by you by designing visions and strategies.
