The ability to think creatively and innovatively analyse problems and new opportunities is the most desired quality employees should have in organisations with development potential.
Why? Because creative ideas lead to new discoveries, improved work procedures, reduced expenses and the better carrying out of procedures. These tasks are extremely important in today’s competitive environment.
As a result, the innovative process should be treated as one of the areas of work and should be governed as such. The guideline here is, of course, to meet market requirements.
Innovative processes may be used in the development of any new product, service or specific situation. Our attitude must be "constructively distrustful".
