IFC and USAid have selected Socius, trough an international tender, supported by the Central bank of Macedonia and SECO, to facilitate the workshops on CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FOR BANKS. The second round took place on November, 11th in Skopje and was attended by over 50 high officials from 17 Macedonian commercial banks, Central bank of Macedonia and the representatives of IFC and USAid. The purpose of the program was a consultation for the process of preparing and accepting the internal Codes of corporate governance in banks.
