Following the event, "Implementation of OECD Corporate Governance guidelines in Slovenia" which will take place on the 20th January in Ljubljana, Socius shall present the OECD principles on Corporate Governance in Slovene language. Two works of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) shall be translated, namely the Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises and the Principles of Corporate Governance.
