The OECD Steering Group on Corporate Governance organised a consultation on Corporate Governance and the Financial Crisis in March 2009 at the OECD Headquarters in Paris. The purpose of the consultation was to solicit input from the private sector, key stakeholders, civil society and non-OECD countries towards a set of OECD recommendations that will be issued later this year.
